A consent form will be sent to you after the appointment has been made. It is your responsibility to sign and submit to keep your appointment.

A non-refundable deposit of $40 via Zelle the Monday prior to the scheduled appointment. This deposit secures the client's reservation and will be deducted from the total cost of the service. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Lash maintenance service should be performed every 1 to 3 weeks.
If the client exceeds the 3-week timeframe, it will be considered a full set. *price may differ depending on retention.
Additionally, if the client comes in for a fill within the 1 to 3 week period but more than 75% of the lash extensions are gone, it will also be treated as a full set. -
*Foreign Fill is when the clients lash extensions were applied by another Lash Specialist
Consultation of $30 to ensure the health of the natural lashes will be added to the service price. During the consultation, our trained professional will assess the condition of your lashes and provide personalized recommendations to maintain their health. This additional fee covers the time and expertise required for this consultation and is necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for your lash service.
If the professional is out for medical, and the client visits another Lash Specialist, the fee will be voided due to circumstances. -
Pictures and videos will be taken during the course of our business engagement for the purpose of creating a portfolio and showcasing our work on social media platforms. This will help us promote our services and demonstrate our expertise to potential clients. Please note that all pictures and videos will be used solely for business purposes and will not be shared or used in any way that may compromise your privacy or confidentiality.

Cancellations for scheduled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If a client fails to cancel within or before this time frame, they will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost. Additionally, if a client exceeds 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, it will also be considered as a cancellation and the same fee will apply.
* If the client notifies the owner of a late arrival, and the owner chooses to stay, it will result in a 30% increase to the scheduled appointment.
Life situations occur: client must understand that communication is important so both parties are on the same page regarding services and business.
If client is in an emergency, client is required to contact business owner, if possible, to cancel any future appointments and schedule future appointments with ready.
Client must understand that all deposits are due the Monday prior to the scheduled appointments. If client needs to reschedule the appointment, the original deposit is valid for one reschedule.
If client needs to reschedule for a second time, a new deposit is required. -
The client agrees to inform the esthetician of any existing health issues or allergies. This includes but is not limited to allergies to products used during the procedure or any medical conditions that may impact the safety or outcome of the treatment. By providing this information, the client ensures that the lash specialist can take appropriate measures to prevent any adverse reactions or complications during and after the procedure.
